1. Still waiting on the letter from grad school.  Maybe tomorrow?

2. I think I killed my car battery trying to jumpstart it.  I’ve called AAA twice for help, and the car starts right up.  The first time, the car started up (very slowly) for a while but after the second time the car didn’t even respond three days later.  It’s dead.  Dead dead dead dead!  The plan is to jumpstart it and take it to my local repair place in the morning after the Roomie wakes up.

3. My body is freaking out a bit now that the medication is over.  It’s not been an issue at home, but when I’m at work “powering up” for the job at hand then I can’t control the ramp-up of energy.  It’s bizarre.  I’ll get used to it, I’m sure, because I can’t even remember who I was before the meds, but it’s a really freaky effect.  And then there’s the fact that I’ve got extra energy but no stamina…

I’m waiting for a lot of the rest of my body to go back to normal.  Some things more than others.

4. Too much good TV.  Bring on the Logans!

5. I’m doing a total economic reset this week.  Rather than freaking out about how far behind I am, I’m going to find out how much I “owe” and pull the money out of my Emergency Fund.  I expect that the total will be the medical bills of the last three months, so I’ll be spending the money that I set aside for this particular purpose.  In theory.  This requires me to do my prelim taxes.  Yippee?
